Our Priorities

We facilitate dialogue and understanding with Scottish Government and regulators on compliance and policy implementation, including participating in parliamentary committees.

We engage with key stakeholders on relevant issues. Regular meetings will be used to improve shared understanding and knowledge exchange, and identify opportunities such as joint representation activities.

We engage with members to provide technical signposting, best practice, technical guidance and information on key priority themes. This will include the provision and coordination of access to specialist advisors and training.  

We collate member opinions and respond to consultations.

We provide networking opportunities to support shared understanding, knowledge exchange, policy impacts, collaborative partnerships and commercial opportunities.

 We ensure the sector is fully supported and encouraged to develop new systems, processes and business opportunities by supporting innovation networks and signposting research and development grant opportunities.
